Work and Organizational Psychology


The Gothenburg Research Group in Work and Organizational Psychology (GR-WOP)
is a research group in work and organizational psychology at University of Gothenburg. The members of the group are doing research within the following areas:

  • Leadership
  • Work groups and group development
  • Organizations and organizational development
  • Psychosocial work environment
  • Development of psychometrical instruments in work and organizational psychology

The research is often carried out in multidisciplinary settings together with researchers from other faculties and universities, often in close cooperation with representatives of working life.
