About Martin Geisler

I completed my PhD at the Department of Psychology in 2011-2015. Before that, I conducted my undergraduate studies at Lund University: a master in psychology and a bachelor in religion. In addition to my time at different universities, I have worked at other governmental agencies such as the Swedish Prison and Probation Service, the Swedish Public Employment Service, and the Swedish National Council for Crime Prevention.

I do not teach at the present.

Research interests

My research interests are within the fields of decision-making, social psychology, and work psychology. In my thesis, I studied decision-making competence, decision-making styles, and decision quality. At the present, my primary interest is on factors relating to health and well-being at work.

I am member of the research-group Judgement, Decision Making and Social Psychology.
